Neighborhood Watch Program

CPAH's Neighborhood Watch Program has a two-fold mission to maintain a safe home environment and keep the surrounding community clean.

Primarily coordinated by residents, the program has monthly meetings to discuss safety issues, often with local police officers in attendance, participates in the Adopt-A-Street Program for the City of Tigard, and has created a system of relaying information about disturbances or other problems during non-office hours (evenings and weekends) to the property management staff.

The Neighborhood Watch Program also plans and hosts several community events throughout the year including a National Night Out and seasonal parties for resident youth.
