Community Partners for Affordable Housing (CPAH) provides safe and healthy affordable housing along with support and skill building activities for individuals and families with the greatest need who live or work in the Tigard-Tualatin area, Beaverton and SW Portland, Oregon.
CPAH owns seven apartment complexes that provide housing for families at 60% or less of the Portland metropolitan area median income.

On Oct. 29, 2014, CPAH celebrated the groundbreaking of CPAH's newest housing project - The Barcelona at Beaverton - 47 units of affordable housing in Beaverton's Old Town, at SW 2nd & SW Lombard.
